Coffs Coast Legacy provides a number of low cost housing options primarily for the benefit of our Legacy Beneficiaries.

These are located at:

Shea Street, Coffs Harbour: Eleven brick veneer units.

Albany Street, Coffs Harbour: Ten stucco-fibro units.

Lyons Road, Sawtell: Nine stucco-fibro units.

These units are all one bedroom.

Units are rejuvenated between tenants and as such have been
modernised in most cases.

If you are looking for a sea change to the beautiful Coffs Coast or to downsize for whatever reason please ensure you give us a call, we can organise an inspection and an application form.

Preference is given to Legacy widows and an application form must be completed. Please note there may be a waiting list on these properties.
