Coffs Harbour Legacy has 30 units in the Coffs Harbour area and 4 units in Bellingen. These provide low cost housing to Legacy’s widows.

Albany Street, Coffs Harbour: Ten stucco-fibro units opened in 1965. | |||
Lyons Road, Sawtell: Eight units built in 1967 on land granted to Legacy by Coffs Harbour Shire Council. Subsequently the ‘common room’ was converted to a unit. | |||
Church Street, Bellingen: Four hardiplank units were opened in 1969 on land purchased by Legacy in 1968. | |||
Shea Street, Coffs Harbour: Eleven brick veneer units built in 1973. The land was granted to Legacy by the NSW Department of Lands.

Legacy Nursing Home: Building commenced in 1972 on land granted to Legacy by the Board of the Coffs Harbour and District General Hospital. The building was completed in early 1974. Legacy House: Property purchased on the 16th March 2006 at a cost of $970k. The building was completely refurbished and is commercially rented. It has become a major income stream for Legacy. | |||
Legacy Opportunity Shop: Coffs Coast Legacy has operated an opportunity shop at 4 Scarba Street, Coffs Harbour since 2004. It is operated by a dedicated group of volunteers and as well as providing good quality merchandise, it is a visible face of Legacy in the local community. Come in and see our Staff Sue Gailer and Cheryl Williams and their wonderful team of volunteers 9-3pm Mon-Fri and 9-11am Sat. |
