Coffs Coast Legacy provides low-cost housing for eligible Legacy beneficiaries and veterans. Priority is given to those unable to afford private rentals and those at risk of homelessness.
Legacy units are located at:
Shea Street, Coffs Harbour: Eleven brick veneer units.
Albany Street, Coffs Harbour: Ten stucco-fibro units.
Lyons Road, Sawtell: Nine stucco-fibro units.
These units are all one bedroom.

Exciting Update
Coffs Coast Legacy will soon commence building the Bob Denner Legacy Apartment at 94 Albany St, Coffs Harbour. This has been made possible through a successful grant application under the Veterans Acute Housing Program.
These apartments will provide crisis and transitional accommodation for Legacy families and female veterans.
There will be 12 apartments in total, 7 x 1 bedroom, 3 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 3 bedroom.
The anticipated completion date is late 2027.
